A dialog will appear and, if successfully detected, should list the 3000-series NanoBoard you are using. Manually interrogating the NanoBoard JTAG chain. If the NanoBoard is detected correctly, from the Devices view select Tools»Scan Hard Chain from the main menus. Product description The NanoBoard 3000 is a programmable design environment that's supplied complete with hardware, software, ready-to-use royalty-free IP, and a dedicated Altium Designer Soft Design license. Each of Altium's 3000-series NanoBoards is a 242 x 176mm (9.5" x 6.9") six layer printed circuit board (4 x signal, 2 x plane), powered by an external 5 Volt regulated supply. One of the plane layers is used predominantly as a grounding plane (GND, AGND, AUGND, SHIELD), but incorporates split regions to accommodate 1.2V, 1.8V and 2.5V supplies. LONDON Altium has added to its family of FPGA-based development boards with the NanoBoard 3000 which comes with hardware, software, ready-to-use, royalty-free IP and a dedicated Altium Designer Soft Design license. The first NanoBoard 3000 features a Xilinx Spartan 3AN FPGA. Two more NanoBoards, featuring Altera and Lattice FPGAs, are planned. Deployment system for Altium's NanoBoard 3000 series of FPGA-based smart development boards. Range of configurations including Wall Mounted, Horizontal Desktop and Vertical Desktop. All components necessary to assemble any one of the individual configurations are included. Easy to assemble, secured by quick release tool operated fasteners. Does anybody know whether Altium Nanoboard 3000 (Altera edition) can be used with Quartus? The board seems to be good value for money but I am afraid to get stuck with using Altium Designer. Twice I have asked the question via email to Altium Support, but they do not seem to want to answer my email.
