Abcpdf merge pages

Is there a way to save a multi-page PDF file to a multi-page TIFF file within Adobe Acrobat version 9.0 and X. I know there are other programs that will do it but we already own Adobe Acrobat so I want to leverage our investment. Clicking the button submits a form with fields containing a list of all the pages in the module, and the path to the module. ABCpdf uses this information to generate an image for every page. If I only merge single page pdfs, they merge and display correctly. If I attempt to merge multipage PDFs, only the first page of each document show up in the merged file.
