2000 bmw 323i manual transmission problems

2 days after change the transmission fluid with ZF-5 transmission fluid, my transmission could not shifting gears. It just stuck in 1st gear in D m 1999 323I Sedan,5 speed manual transmission,130,000 miles.I have used the search option but cant really find an answer.When I put the car I WAS a happy 2000 BMW 323i owner.
