Ultra Boost Force I'd do chest with triceps, back with biceps, and shoulders with legs. I had a solid three day rotation, meaning that I was hitting up most of my muscle groups twice per week.Many people would advocate this strategy, as it allowed me to get some work in on each muscle twice per week.
