With Samsung Galaxy apparently gearing up for a Galaxy S3 launch with a quad core processor, Apple are expected to use a quad core processor in the next iPhone as well. RAM will be bumped to at least 1GB of RAM, with a minute possibility of it even being bumped to 2GB of RAM.
