Taylor Hicks with special guest Gip Gipson will perform at Railroad Park for Empowerment Week's A Day of Commemoration on Sunday, September 15, 2013. The concert begins at 6:30 p.m.
This day marks the 50th anniversary of when four girls were killed in a bombing at Sixteenth Street Baptist Church.
