The man who beat out Katharine McPhee and made television history when his victory on American Idol (Season 5 in 2006) was one of the most watched television programs of the decade, Taylor Hicks is coming to The Ridgefield Playhouse on Friday, April 27, at 8 PM, in his “Tour That Never Stops”. He released “Do I Make You Proud”, which debuted at # 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100, Pop 100 and Single Sales charts. Taylor was featured in People Magazine as the “Hottest Bachelor of the Year”. Just love you Taylor.  Always have since we first saw you on Idol. Taylor, I will definitely come to Connecticut from Dallas, Texas. Have been to several of your shows, but I can never see enough of you. When you had your very first audition on Idol, I saiid " I think he will be the winner"and I was right. I spotted that special something about you. My husband was so amazed about that. I also feel that I know who will win this year. He is a little bit Taylor-ish, but not quite as fabulous as you.
