In our country, not one person in recent years has died from the lack of indispensable amino acids in the diet. However, millions of people have injured themselves and, say, a million people have died because the main goal in nutrition has been to provide enough essential amino acids, or to provide enough animal protein. And animal protein is accompanying fats and cholesterol, these are the main causes of atherosclerosis and consequently heart and blood vessels. And these foods also contribute to cancer and other civilization diseases.
