Pro Test 180 my reps and sets are well mainly based around volume and growing not really based around strength little bit like sucking the ego not that I call a lot o ego anyway I really don't care about dropping the weight like mid-set in the gym or something i I can't do it because orm overweight always guys orm overweight like you lit something and you can't control the rep eiciently and it just eels wrong and your orm eels wrong like don't be araid to drop the weight because the end o the day you're not training to impress
