Using Torx T5 screwdriver, remove the four silver 5mm torx head screws. Using Torx T5 bit size, remove the four black 4mm torx screws. Using plastic opening or prying tool, remove the black plastic circuit cover. Using tweezers, disconnect the antenna wire. Using small plastic opening tool, disconnect the wire connection. Do this by carefully inserting tool under wires and pulling straight up. Disconnect the vibration connector. This is a silver circle that lifts up. Gently pry off the logic board. Using the metal spudger, very carefully pry off the glass screen. Now that the screen is off, thread the gold ribbon (it is attached to the screen) through the top of the phone. The screen and the gold ribbon should now be completely detached.
