Google Examines the SEO Effects of Changing Page Titles Every Day

Will changing your page names every day help your SEO? Or make Google crawl your site more frequently? Here are the solutions. During the Google Search Central SEO office hours, this issue is covered.
Changing Page Titles on a Daily Basis: Is It Beneficial For SEO?
There is no SEO benefit to upgrading page names on a regular basis, so you must decide whether you believe it is worthwhile for searchers.
However, just because you modify your page titles on a daily basis does not imply that Google will update them in search results on a daily basis.
Google may only update them once a week or once a month.
"I believe that's all right. I mean, it's something we wouldn't give up.
I mean, we wouldn't give it any extra weight if your title tag changed frequently. However, if you wish to change your titles on a regular basis, that is entirely up to you.

The problem, I believe, is that if you alter your titles on a daily basis, we may not re-crawl that page on a daily basis. So it's possible that you modify it every day, but the title that we show in the search results is a few days old simply because that's the latest version that we picked up from that page. But that's more of a practical consequence, rather than a strategic effect, in my opinion."
