Hoping to get some real-world input from people who've actually been through this. I've been running my consulting practice for about four years now and the phone has slowly become my biggest bottleneck. I'm spending two to three hours a day just on calls that honestly don't need me, scheduling, basic questions, and inquiries that go nowhere.
A colleague at a networking event last month mentioned Callacy AI when I complained about this same issue. Before I research it more seriously, I'd love to hear from anyone who's automated their phone workflow recently. What was the learning curve like? How long before you saw actual time savings? Any regrets?
Looking for genuine experiences, not sales pitches. Thanks in advance for any honest input.
