Movie Review: SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME (2021) - New Superhero Movie Is An Entertaining Roller Coaster With Heart - Spider-Man: No Way Home Review
Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) Movie Review , a film directed by Jon Watts and starring Tomás Holland , Zendaya , Benedicto Cumberbatch , Jacob Batalon , Jon Favreau , Jamie Foxx , Willem Dafoe , Alfredo Molina , Benedicto Wong , Tony Revolori , Marisa Tomei , Angourie Arroz , Ariano Moayed , Paul Newsome , Aníbal Buress , Martín Starr , JB Smoove and JK . Simmons .

Spider-Man: No Road Home is quite simply a blockbuster of the holiday movie season that gives you everything you would expect from what is perhaps the most anticipated movie of the year. Jon Watts has directed one of the most energetic and entertaining Spider-Man films of all time by offering audiences a fusion of elements from previous films in the franchise. Much of the wonderfulness of the new movie cannot be revealed here because that would include the reveal of major spoilers. I'll keep the plot description to a minimum and focus a lot on the details that I liked about the movie that don't involve spoilers.

When the movie begins, they introduce us to the main characters and remind us of the events that happened in the last Spider-Man image where Mysterio revealed the identity of Spidey that has affected the future of Peter Parker and MJ. No one will take them seriously, as many people see Parker as a vigilante. Before long, Parker asks Doctor Strange (the great Benedict Cumberbatch) for help and a spell goes awry. Big moment. Former villains such as The Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe) and Doc Ock (Alfred Molina) reappear in their pre-villain form and appear to have the potential to remain "good." Jamie Foxx also returns. You can remember it from The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Dafoe has always been a great green goblin and his work here is certainly no exception, as Dafoe adds his signature intensity to the role. Molina laughs here too.

Maria Tomei reprises May Parker and Tomei has a couple of funny scenes, especially when she says a phrase to Doc Ock asking if he would like his water with salt or just "normal", citing Doc Ock's belief that he is a "Octopus" type. Jon Favreau is back on board also playing Happy Hogan and Favreau has only a few scenes in the movie, but he makes the most of his little screen time.

Characters enter the scene that enhance the dynamics of the film. There was a lot of applause when these characters appeared and I think the suspense of waiting for them to be revealed keeps the audience on the edge of their seats at all times. These revelations are definitely worth waiting for.

Zendaya's MJ is a smart girl caught in a dangerous situation with Parker and the aforementioned "bad boys". Zendaya shines and adds her signature sophistication to the role. MJ just wants to go to college and live a normal life. Of the possible "villains," Foxx is the most successful here, tearing down the house when he suggests that there will probably never be a "black Spider-Man." Foxx has t
